- Manage and be responsible for several internal documents:Client Contact & Distribution ListsAdvertising Production / SchedulingMeeting CalendarCreative RequestsMedia Planning / Buying RequestsReporting (creative / spending / competitive)Update competitive incentive and product grids for major markets; Researching key competitive products by market and outlining details on incentives and product changesCompetitive share of voice and market share updates by marketsAssist all team members as they complete their day-to-day responsibilitiesConstantly on the lookout for new opportunities to help clients sell more products
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Must be very detail oriented – a desire to be 100% accurate
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to work within a team environment
