Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will oversee client accounts and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives, while building strong client relationships and managing project execution.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
• Leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and scopes, delivering exceptional results within agreed parameters
• Collaborating with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and production, to execute projects effectively
• Preparing and presenting client proposals, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to grow client accounts, including cross-sells and upsells
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies
• Resolving client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Skills

• Some experience in account management, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is very helpful (e.g., Asana, Wrike, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, ideally with experience managing campaigns across multiple channels
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and complex projects effectively
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data and developing actionable insights
• A track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction
