What you’ll do

You’ll help keep Aleyant financially strong by:

• Managing day‑to‑day accounting operations including AP/AR and customer billing
• Preparing bank and credit‑card reconciliations
• Posting journal entries and supporting month‑end close
• Maintaining revenue schedules and financial documentation
• Preparing VAT filings (Modelo 115, 303, 349, 390 & 347)
• Assisting with audits and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis
• Collaborating with global teams and contributing to process improvements

You'll also work flexible hours to connect with our US corporate office — because at Aleyant, we work as a global team.

What you bring

• Relevant hands‑on accounting experience
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting systems
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• Fluency in English & Spanish
• Availability on short notice or ideally immediate availability
