We’re hiring a Client Concierge to support accounting firms and their leads – Remote / Full-Time Contractor
This isn’t a call center or appointment setter role. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, qualify leads, and coordinate next steps across multiple clients.
What You’ll Do
• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls professionally
• Qualify leads using frameworks, not scripts
• Follow up via email, SMS, and summaries
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings
• Track activity in CRM and shared folders
• Be the main point of contact between clients and prospects
Who You Are
• 1+ year in a US accounting firm (admin, reception, intake, or lead qualification)
• Comfortable talking to business owners
• Clear English, natural and professional
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients
• Takes ownership and solves problems independently
Bonus

• Supporting multiple executives or clients
• Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals
