Accounts Payable Administrator

DLL is a global asset finance company that partners with various stakeholders to facilitate access to equipment and technology. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator who will ensure timely vendor payments, maintain vendor databases, and respond to inquiries while contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
• Maintain and update the vendor database
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries
• Prepare journal entries in Great Plains Dynamics
• Prepare account reconciliations
• Manage vendor funding processes
• Code and input invoices for trade payables
• Prepare wire transfer payments
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance (degree or diploma)
• Prior experience in accounts payable
• Proficiency with computers – Great Plains Dynamics is an asset; MS platforms (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to work remotely and independently, in a virtual team environment, as well as in-office in a collaborative environment
• Strong team collaboration skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a commitment to completing tasks
• Experience in the leasing or financial industry is an asset
