Role Overview
BenefitHub is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Advertising Sales Executive to lead and grow relationships with our advertising partners. This role is responsible for developing revenue-generating digital advertising programs, managing partner campaigns from concept through execution, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Develop, pitch, and close digital advertising campaigns with new and existing partners for targeted and customized approaches, own and grow a robust advertising pipeline, and identify new revenue opportunities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 3–5+ years of digital advertising sales experience
- Proven track record of growing revenue and expanding client relationships
- Experience working with multiple pricing models, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and campaign optimization
