Eversheds Sutherland's US Innovation Team is seeking an experienced AI Application Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions across the firm. In this role, you will be the technical authority on all things AI — from architecting enterprise-grade machine learning systems to building intelligent agents that transform how our lawyers and business professionals work. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and IT to translate complex legal and operational needs into scalable, secure, and elegant technology solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

 

This is a remote role and the salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations.  The range for this position is from $150,000 - $205,000, with offers contingent upon the various factors. The firm’s compensation strategy includes not just a base salary but also comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, discretionary merit bonuses, life and disability insurance, retirement plans and tailored learning opportunities.
