- Manage regional P&L, sales, and operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans.
- Lead and develop branch management teams.
- Ensure exceptional client service.

- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of general management with P&L responsibility.
- Proven client relationship and leadership skills.
- Strategic planning and remote team management experience.
