Contingent upon contract award, TecMasters Inc. requires a Artillery Turret Mechanic (91P30)

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience as a U.S. Army 91P Self-Propelled Artillery Systems Mechanic, serving as a Senior Artillery Mechanic, Tracked Vehicle Recovery Supervisor, and Senior Self-Propelled Artillery Systems Maintainer.

• Extensive knowledge of the M109A7 Paladin howitzer, including operation, maintenance, and hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting of system components and subsystems.

• Working knowledge of component subsystems on U.S. Army self-propelled artillery platforms, including Automatic Fire Suppression Systems, vehicle electrical systems, and integrated communications systems.

• Knowledge of U.S. Army preventive maintenance procedures, inspections, and safety checks in accordance with applicable technical manuals and maintenance standards.

• Familiarity with communications systems integrated within howitzer platforms and associated operational considerations.

• Proficient in the use of Standard Army Tool Sets (SATS), Maintenance Support Devices (MSD), special tools, and test equipment required for artillery system maintenance and diagnostics.

• Valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of training, testing, and field operations.

• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with experience operating and maintaining military vehicles.

• Graduate of the Master Driver Trainer Qualification Course (MDTQC).

• Combat Lifesaver certified with training in advanced first aid and battlefield medical response.

• Current and active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with experience operating U.S. Army heavy tactical vehicles, including the M977 Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (HEMTT) and M1075 Palletized Load System (PLS) variants.
