Your Role
The Benefits Analyst – Finance/Accounting is responsible for financial oversight, reporting, and complex analytical support for the organization’s health and welfare benefit programs. This role plays a critical part in managing benefit plan financial operations, including invoice validation, self-billing processes, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

The position partners closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate benefit spend forecasting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely resolution of discrepancies. A strong focus on data integrity, internal controls, and process improvement is essential to support effective and compliant benefit plan administration.
