About the Role: Evening & Weekend Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Evening & Weekend Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out to our client brands via inbound phone calls. Your mission will be to deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient support while representing careerzynith's commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who prefer working non-traditional hours, value flexibility, and want to be part of a team that operates when most offices are closed.

We currently have openings for both part-time and full-time team members. The standard shift runs from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 12:00 AM (midnight) on weekdays, and you must be available to work at least one weekend day every week (Saturday and/or Sunday), as well as holidays depending on scheduling needs. Candidates with availability for both weekend days are strongly preferred and will have priority consideration.
