Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, french speaking Booking Verification Specialist to join our Sales Support & Administration team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant processing of deals throughout the verification lifecycle, validating foundational deal details against internal policies and documentation requirements.
What You Will Do
Oversee and Meticulously Verify Deal Documentation, Collaborate on Data Accuracy, Ensure Compliance with Organizational Standards.

Requirements
- 2+ years of required experience in a senior sales support function
- Strong knowledge of complex sales processes, adherence to internal procedures, and an understanding of multi-country/global sales processes
- Proven ability in advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and exercising exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Fluent in French, ideally with experience of using French language skills in a business setting
- University Degree (business, economics) in a related field is preferred, along with mandatory fluency in English
