A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our clients' forward-thinking and highly successful Estate Agency in the Fullwood area. Our clients are seeking a Branch Manager with good leadership skills, who can list successfully to the market.
Working hours:
1. Monday – Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays with lieu day provided
Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:
3. A basic salary up to £35,000
4. Individual and Team Commission with on target earnings of £45,000
5. Business Mileage paid
6. Ongoing Training and Support
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
7. Strong leadership skills
8. Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
9. Strong listing experience and track record.
10. Full UK driving license and access to own car
11. Willingness to support and grow the team while assisting them to hit / exceed targets
12. Excellent communication skills; interpersonal, written and verbal
13. Passion for property
14. Local area knowledge would be helpful
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
15. Conducting Team Morning meetings
16. Attending Valuations
17. Gaining Instructions
18. Overseeing Branch
19. Setting team targets
