Hi, I’m launching a new hospitality consulting company based in Texas (LLC already formed).
The business focuses on:
- Customer experience improvement
- Menu development
- Staff training
- Operational + back-end auditing for bars, restaurants, hotels
I come with 20 years of international hospitality experience (Australia, Japan, Israel) and I’m now converting my management background into a structured consulting business in the U.S.
Because of my E-2 Investor Visa process, the business must be built with a strong and realistic foundation:
- I must hire at least one U.S. employee (can be part-time; around ~$2,000/month budget total for labor — may split between 1–2 employees)
- The business needs a clear structure, sustainable workflow, and early operational traction
- I currently need to operate remotely, and once the visa is approved I will move to the U.S. and work onsite
I’m looking for an experienced business consultant who has worked with service-based or consulting companies, preferably in hospitality or creative services, and ideally someone who understands U.S. business structure.
What I Need Help With
- Structuring the first months of operations
- Understanding cash flow and financial planning
- Designing service packages and pricing
- Identifying viable target markets in the U.S. (especially Austin, Texas)
- Preparing a plan for hiring my first employee (marketing coordinator/admin)
- Creating a realistic roadmap for remote operations → onsite transition
- Ensuring the business foundation is strong enough to support a visa-required investment (my initial budget is $80,000–$110,000)
I will also receive a full branding package, website, and identity kit next week from a design agency — so brand direction is already in progress.
About Me
- 20 years in hospitality management & mixology
- Worked in Israel, Japan, and Australia
- Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Strong background in operations, training, customer experience, and menu development
- Currently in Australia and relocating to Israel next month during the visa process
Who I’m Looking For
- Someone who has built or guided consulting companies in the past
- Experience with U.S. service-based businesses, and based in the US
- Strategic thinker who can connect all the pieces (operations, marketing, hiring, financial flow)
- Clear communicator, reliable, and comfortable working with founders who are building under time constraints
- Ability to work with me step-by-step as the business foundation develops
How We’ll Work
- This is a project-based/hourly rate engagement with ongoing collaboration possible (depends on the scope and the packaged suggested).
- I will share all additional details privately once I find the right consultant.
If you have experience helping entrepreneurs launch service-based companies—especially when remote operations and regulatory timelines are involved—I'd love to hear from you.
Please include:
- A short overview of your relevant experience
- Examples of similar businesses you’ve helped build
- Your suggested approach for the first 30–60 days
- Looking forward to working together.
