A Day in the Life as a Strategic / Business Development Administrative Assistant

This role focuses on managing departmental functions and facilitating key strategic initiatives to ensure high-level legal strategy remains the priority. You will act as a proactive professional who utilizes modern tools, including AI, to streamline communications and identify patterns to improve workflows.

Throughout the day, you will serve as the primary point person for organizing, filtering, and tracking incoming legal requests from internal stakeholders. You will balance  legal compliance tasks with fluid strategic planning and advocacy support, ensuring that legal and broadband advocacy priorities are managed effectively for the team.

This role can be remote with availability to travel as needed.
