- Commercial development for The Company's product line, including defining and establishing commercial strategies through market research in both the domestic and international markets.

- On a regular basis, provide accurate account information/reports to the Managing Director in accordance with the agreed-upon function reporting method.
- Organizational and sales team development through the exchange of expert skills and information via training and coaching as needed.
- Deliver sales presentations and technical discussions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, contract negotiations, and customer quotations.
- Manage and develop relationships with potential and current customers.

- The health and safety of department employees, subcontractors, and other employees as they work on department jobs or are assigned to other departments.

- At least Degree/Diploma in Engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in Marine or Offshore / Oil & Gas Industry
