They are seeking a Business Development Representative to help enhance their presence in the North American market by generating qualified leads and collaborating closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Run targeted outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified pipeline in key verticals
- Qualify inbound leads and partner with the Head of Sales and AEs to ensure clean handoffs and strong deal progression
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to identify high-potential accounts and keep pipeline visibility high
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, test campaigns, and improve what converts
- Consistently hit monthly pipeline targets while keeping activity and data accurately logged in HubSpot
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a corporate environment. Ideally as a BDR, SDR, or similar role, in B2B SaaS or API-first environments
- Fluent in English and a strong communicator: concise, engaging, and persuasive
- Data-driven, curious, and adaptable
- Familiar with outbound tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and comfortable analyzing results
- Proactive, self-starting, and excited to test, learn, and build
- Enthusiastic about AI and what it makes possible
