As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, driving new pipeline opportunities, and acquiring new customers while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to maximize outreach effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and drive qualified pipeline opportunities for territory Account Managers
- Execute cold outreach via Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support marketing campaigns by engaging prospects and driving performance
- Book qualified meetings and maintain consistent outreach activity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage sequences and day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales or customer service
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and collaborative approach
