The Role: Business Operations Manager - Clinical Performance
We're seeking an exceptional Business Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on Clinical Performance. This role is pivotal in driving our business forward by harnessing the power of data and process development. You'll be an integral part of our Business Operations Team, working closely with Clinical Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to optimize clinician performance, improve operational efficiency, and inform strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement key metrics to assess and enhance clinician performance, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to identify areas for improvement in clinician recruitment, onboarding, education, and tooling, driving initiatives that boost performance.
- Balance the need for high performance with the imperative of maintaining quality care and a positive work environment.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement dashboards and tools that provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to inform strategic decisions and identify next steps.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and understand their impact on key metrics.
- Create concise, insightful reports that drive alignment across the organization and guide implementation.
- Lead meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and project progression.
- Develop, document, and implement processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across multiple teams.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare, business operations, operations, strategy, startups, analytics, or engineering.
- Familiarity with the digital health or healthcare sector, although not mandatory, is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and data skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
