As a Category Management Specialist, you will support the Center of Excellence team to improve cost efficient supply chain strategies designed to meet our requirements. We will assign you to continuous improvement projects, standardize processes, and enhance operational performance across the category management organization. You will report to the Supply Chain Spend Management Supervisor This is a 100% remote position.
Implement and facilitate assigned operational excellence projects within the CeO
Review Power BI dashboards, analytics, and other data tools to produce insights into operational performance drivers and translate them into improvement priorities.
Support the ESC Category Management Team to manage framework, playbooks, and templates
Support maintaining the ESC communication channels (SharePoint, Teams)
Deliver status reviews on assigned tasks to ESC Category Management CoE Leadership, highlighting risk, progress, remaining actions, and support needs
Provide administrative support to the ESC Category Management Leadership (4 people)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of continuous improvements and operational experience
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (SAP, Ariba, PowerBi).
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800 to $81,000 per year.
