Requirements:
• BSN, PA, or NP required
• CCDS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CDI experience required
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and CDI practices
• Experience reviewing documentation for accurate DRG assignment and reimbursement
• Experience educating physicians and clinical staff on documentation improvement
• Experience auditing CDI workflows, queries, and documentation quality
• Knowledge of quality metrics, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Epic experience preferred
