 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

As a Channel Sales Representative Distribution & OEM) for Convenience Services, you will be dedicated to one of our core Strategic Initiatives: developing sales programs, pursuing new customers, generating incremental revenue, and laying the groundwork for category expansion. In this position, you will play a direct and significant role within our Convenience Services group, with responsibilities including: 

 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

You will bring a growth mindset with well demonstrated success in sales and business development.  We are seeking a high energy individual with industry and technical expertise, channel management skills, as well as first class sales and business acumen.  This individual will have experience with OEM account management, with a track record of managing OEM relationships. They must possess the ability to identify and grow OEM programs through design wins, product integration opportunities and long-term supply agreements.  Someone who has demonstrated skill working with engineering teams, supply chain and purchasing groups.

Qualifications and Required Skills 

  • 5+ years of sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B sectors. 

  • Proven success handling distribution channels and/or OEM account portfolios. 

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex markets where some OEMs may also be competitors in parallel segments. 

  • Ability to understand and clearly articulate technical product value propositions. 

  • Experience working with pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive differentiation. 

  • Handson experience managing regional or national distributors, including:  

-Joint business planning 

-Territory development 

-Distributor training and onboarding 

-Opportunity tracking and pipeline review 

-Ability to balance distributor needs with corporate strategy (e.g., avoiding channel conflict).
