Client Service Rep. (Hybrid- Long Island, NY)

Broadridge is a company focused on empowering others to accomplish more, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join their team as a Client Services Representative. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of contracted services, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded
• Oversee project schedules, scope, risks, and budgets while ensuring operational teams and partners clearly understand client requirements
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing day‑to‑day support, guidance, and proactive communication
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service value or extend contracts
• Collaborate with account managers to highlight growth opportunities and support business development initiatives
• Establish and maintain consistent processes to review service performance, generate reports, and capture client feedback
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks vital to ensuring seamless service operations

Skills

• Experience in client service and/or account management with proven ability to manage client expectations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to assess situations and provide effective solutions independently
