The Scheduling Coordinator at Sunlight Senior Care plays a crucial role in managing the schedules of home care providers to ensure optimal coverage for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and adjusting schedules for home care providers
- Communicating schedule changes and updates to staff
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinating with clients and their families to accommodate scheduling needs
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE HOME CARE SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE
- MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH AXISCARE AS A SCHEDULER
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software or systems
- Prior experience in scheduling or coordination role is preferred
