You’re an organized, proactive communicator who thrives on creating clarity and structure for clients. You enjoy handling the details, keeping things moving, and making sure new clients feel confident as they start working with us. You’re someone who’s dependable, process-driven, and eager to grow in the digital marketing and onboarding space. 

Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the U.S., excluding the following states: California, New York, or Washington. 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business 

• 1+ year of account management or client success experience 

• 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and/or multifamily 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Comfortable reviewing and uploading creatives and ad assets 

• Proficient in using HubSpot and managing timelines 

• Organized and responsive with a keen attention to detail 

• Multifamily industry experience a plus 

 

A day in the life 

As the Client Success Coordinator on the onboarding team, you will act as the lead contact for our new client base and guide our clients through our onboarding process from start to finish.  

Responsibilities include:  

 

• Collaborating with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations  

• Contributing to business growth through creating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships  

• Addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  

• Analyzing digital campaign success and report on key performance indicators and metrics  

• Suggesting improvements and collaborating on digital projects to increase client ROI   

• Presenting new strategies to clients  

• Staying up to date with digital technology trends   

• Other duties as assigned
