We support installation, workflow integration, and clinical training in hospital and clinic settings. Current client work includes diagnostic cardiology solutions. Role Overview This is a field-based implementation role in hospitals. The work includes onsite system setup, coordination, and configuration, and in-person training for clinical and hospital staff. This is a part-time, variable-hours consulting role. Some weeks may have no scheduled hours; other weeks may involve a full implementation week. Over a quarter, the role averages about 20 hours per week. Location: Candidates should be based in the Southeast U.S., near a major airport. Preferred metro areas include Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, and Raleigh-Durham. As a Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant, you will: • Travel to hospitals and clinics to implement diagnostic cardiology systems and train end users. • Set up equipment, coordinate with hospital and IT contacts, and verify system setup. • Lead in-person training for clinicians, technicians, nurses, and other hospital staff. • ·Support workflow configuration, adoption, troubleshooting, and follow-up during go-live. Travel expectations: • Travel is primarily within the Southeast U.S. Occasional national travel may be required. • Typical travel is about 2 trips per month, with most implementation weeks involving 3-5 days away from home between travel and onsite work. • Some weeks have no travel; others are travel-heavy. Across a quarter, travel averages about 50%. • Candidates may accept or decline projects that do not align with their schedule; flexibility is desirable. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with Trilogy and client project leads and all appropriate stakeholders to support successful implementations. • Install and configure cardiology devices and related software in hospital and clinical environments. • Deliver effective onsite and remote training to healthcare professionals and support staff. • Work with hospital teams to establish practical workflows and support adoption. • Support system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation. • Document training completion, project issues, and follow-up items according to Trilogy processes and client requirements. • Represent Trilogy professionally in all customer interactions. Qualifications • 3+ years of relevant experience in hospital-based clinical environments, medical device implementation, clinical applications, or hands-on training roles, with recent experience in hospitals or comparable clinical settings. • Background as a nurse, lab tech, clinical trainer, clinical applications specialist, or similar hospital-facing role strongly preferred. • Strong training and education skills in live clinical environments, with comfort in hands-on equipment setup, basic technical configuration, and onsite troubleshooting. • Able to work confidently with clinicians, technicians, IT contacts, and other hospital stakeholders. • Highly self-directed, organized; able to move implementations forward with limited oversight. • Based in the Southeast U.S., ideally near Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, or Raleigh-Durham. Have a valid driver's license and the ability to rent a car. • Comfortable with overnight and clustered regional travel weeks. • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and use simple hand tools for assembly. • Experience with Philips Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions or comparable systems strongly preferred.
