I’m seeking an experienced corporate business attorney to provide non-client-facing legal reviews of LLC operating agreements and related formation documents prepared by my company. This position is strictly review-only — no client contact or document drafting — to reduce liability exposure.
Scope:
Review LLC operating agreements and related formation documents.
Confirm accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency.
Provide brief written review notes or approval confirmation.
Ensure ethical alignment in a paralegal–attorney review model.
Requirements:
Licensed U.S. attorney.
3+ years in corporate or small-business law.
Comfortable working behind the scenes on a per-review basis.
Reliable communication and timely turnaround.
Compensation:
$100 per formation review (flat fee).
Ongoing review work available as document volume increases.
