We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CPC Processor to join our remote call center team. In this essential role, you will serve as a vital link between patients, insurance companies, attorneys, and healthcare providers, facilitating the efficient processing of medical record requests. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success at arenaflex.
This is a fully remote position operating as part of our virtual call center. The standard schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while remaining connected to our collaborative team environment.

We provide all necessary equipment to set you up for success in your remote role. This includes a company-issued computer, dual monitors, virtual phone system, and any additional hardware required to perform your job effectively. Our IT support team is available to assist with setup and ongoing technical needs.
The estimated base pay range for this position is $15.00 to $18.32 USD per hour, depending on location, relevant experience, skills, and other role-specific factors. Your compensation will reflect your contributions to our mission while providing financial stability and growth potential.
