Position Overview: Insurance Customer Care Representative

We're currently seeking talented Customer Care Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. In this role, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience, assisting both internal and external customers with moderately complex issues related to insurance matters. You'll deliver exceptional service while proactively seeking feasible solutions within compliance and legal requirements, ensuring every interaction leaves our customers feeling valued and supported.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the option to collaborate in person at our corporate offices. We believe in a culture of collaboration, creativity, and innovation, which thrives when we have the ability to work flexibly in a virtual setting as well as the opportunity to be together in person. Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of an arenaflex corporate office. Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered for fully remote arrangements.

Compensation and Schedule

We believe in rewarding our team members fairly for their skills, experience, and contributions. The compensation for this role ranges from $21.74 to $26.70 per hour, depending on the candidate's geographical location. We also offer exciting bonus opportunities based on company and individual performance, giving you even more potential to grow your income as you advance in your career.

Training Schedule: Our comprehensive training program runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST. This focused training period will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in your role.

Department Hours: Once training is complete, you'll be assigned an 8-hour shift within our department hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. We value work-life balance and strive to provide predictable scheduling that allows you to plan your personal life effectively.
