Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is looking for a motivated Customer Care & Back Office Specialist to support our daily operations in the fast-growing electric vehicle charging industry.

Part of the Eni Group, POTR is a leading charging infrastructure operator in Italy and is rapidly expanding across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France and Spain.

You will be part of the Germany & Austria Region (DAT), based in Germany, with occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and at regional offices in Germany and Austria.

In this role, you will contribute to customer operations, back-office processes and internal coordination with technical, operational and business development teams. You will also support project-related activities and ensure high-quality customer communication and documentation, particularly for German-speaking users.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to gain experience in customer operations, e-mobility and energy infrastructure.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, as well as very good verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of Italian and other European languages will be considered an advantage.
