About the Role

As the Customer Innovations Lead – Digital Supply Chain, you will be accountable for the leadership, performance and evolution of DyFlex’s Digital Supply Chain AMS practice. This role owns the end‑to‑end customer support experience — ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and innovation across SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions.

You will lead and grow a team of AMS consultants, act as the senior escalation point for customers, and proactively drive value‑add innovations beyond BAU support. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong SAP Digital Supply Chain expertise with people leadership, customer ownership, and a passion for continuous improvement.
