As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our members receive the support and information they need. Member Support and Inquiry Resolution
- Handle incoming calls from our valued Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly, ensuring each interaction results in a satisfactory outcome.
- Navigate complex healthcare questions and provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding benefits, coverage, and services.
- Document all interactions thoroughly in our customer relationship management system to ensure continuity of care and accurate record-keeping.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures to protect member privacy and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Follow established quality standards and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in regular compliance training and stay current with evolving healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to supervisory staff for proactive resolution.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including claims processing, appeals, and provider relations, to resolve complex issues.
