Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing all inquiries and services
• Find effective solutions to individual customer problems

Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken Italian
• Advanced level of English
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma
• Solid computer skills
