About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Specialist:
- Utilize computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets efficiently.
- Manage the check-in process, ensuring clients have the necessary documentation for travel.
- Label luggage and perform lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to conveyor belts, handling items at various heights.
- Practice security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure.
- Gateway Specialist:
- Assist clients with wayfinding, trip planning, and gateway boarding processes.
- Use computers to help clients with seat availability, gateway declarations, flight status, checking and handling luggage, and initiating the boarding process.
- Work streamlined processes to put them in place prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
- Maintain security-conscious behaviors in every operational cycle and procedure.

Requirements for Success

- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

- The physical ability to frequently lift bags or items weighing up to 80 pounds.
- Authorization to live and work in the country you're applying in.
- Entry-level PC skills.

- The ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral); fluency in Spanish is also desirable.
