Position Overview
The Claims Loss Verification Specialist performs a crucial role in our claims processing operations. You will be responsible for accurately processing documents related to property damage claims, including ordering and reviewing inspection reports of damage and resolving any issues that arise during the claims journey. Key Responsibilities
As a Loss Draft Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Professionally and empathetically communicate with various individuals involved in the claims process, including homeowners, insurance adjusters, mortgage companies, contractors, and other relevant parties. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their property damage claims.
- Inquiry Response: Answer questions and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You must be able to explain complex claims processes in clear, understandable terms while maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor.
- Claim Information Review: Carefully review and research claim information provided by customers and external parties. This includes analyzing documentation, verifying information accuracy, and identifying any discrepancies that require follow-up.
- Issue Resolution: Make appropriate follow-up calls to resolve issues, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure that claims are processed efficiently. You will be responsible for identifying roadblocks and finding solutions to keep claims moving forward.

Compensation and Benefits
