We're committed to delivering exceptional service to our members, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Concierge Associate. **Job Summary** As a Digital Concierge Associate, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our members via phone, chat, and email. You'll become an expert on our product, operations, and the needs of our members, and will play a critical role in helping us grow and improve our services. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a target start date of August 25th. **Responsibilities** * Delivering amazing service to our members via phone, chat, and email, offering education and guidance to help them understand their benefit and find the right provider * Following best practices for handling member inquiries; suggesting improvements as needed * Maintaining a high level of organization within arenaflex's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite * Relaying member feedback to product and operations teams to improve arenaflex's solution * Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs * Maintaining detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance **Ideal Candidate** * A bachelor's degree * A passion for helping people solve their problems, with an ability to think creatively and empathetically and stay calm under pressure * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness * A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment * A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the healthcare system **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate: $19-22/hour (non-negotiable) * Eligibility to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans * Opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a rapidly evolving startup environment * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals * Flexible remote work arrangement with a target start date of August 25th **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
