Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering the highest level of quality service to our residential and commercial customers. Working under the direct supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, you will receive and respond to routine customer calls, inquiries, requests, and complaints. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Complete Comprehensive Training: Successfully finish all training programs to become thoroughly knowledgeable about the waste services industry, arenaflex's processes, services, and policies, ensuring you can confidently assist customers with their inquiries.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer routine customer service calls in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that residential customer issues and concerns are addressed with respect and professionalism at all times.
- Handle Commercial Service Matters: Effectively manage routine issues regarding general commercial service changes and contract compliance, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve simple issues including service level changes, contractual obligations, billing questions, service cancellations, price increases, and equipment issues.
- Maintain Communication Channels: Return all internal and external calls, emails, and facsimiles in a timely manner to ensure that customer concerns are fully understood, addressed, and resolved efficiently and completely.
- Performance Monitoring: Receive and review individual performance metric reports and collaborate with your manager to develop action plans for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Data Entry and Management: Enter service and route data into computer systems for billing and route scheduling purposes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- System Documentation: Log information about customer service interactions into our systems and update records in a timely and accurate manner so that team members can track service inquiries and resolution status.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Must reside in the state of California.
- Must live within a commutable distance to our main office located at 12949 Telegraph Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
- Ability to work full-time in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
