This position is responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing customer orders with precision, tracking order progress from initiation through delivery, and serving as a vital communication link between customers, the warehouse team, and the Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role operates under moderate supervision while requiring a high degree of independence, accuracy, and professional judgment. Key Responsibilities

Order Management and Processing

• Create sales orders and generate invoices with precision, ensuring all pricing, quantities, and customer details are correctly captured.
• Monitor customer credit terms and payment statuses, proactively communicating any concerns or updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Issue credit memos for returned products and maintain comprehensive, accurate records of all credit transactions.
• Process freight claims efficiently for damaged units, coordinating with shipping partners and customers to resolve issues promptly.

Customer Communication and Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email, delivering professional, courteous, and timely responses to all inquiries.
• Provide real-time inventory updates upon request, ensuring customers have accurate information for their purchasing decisions.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Experience and Background
