About the Role: What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who reach out for assistance with a wide variety of topics. This role is primarily focused on inbound calls, but you'll also have the opportunity to interact with customers through other communication platforms, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all channels.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Direct Customer Engagement: Connect with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and digital communication channels, providing knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient support for their inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Research and analyze customer issues to determine the most appropriate solutions, demonstrating critical thinking skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Follow-Up Excellence: Ensure complete resolution of customer issues by following up as needed, documenting interactions, and escalating complex matters when necessary.

Essential Requirements

- Regulatory Compliance: Must be able to pass a background check for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) licensing requirements.
