Position Overview
arenaflex is currently seeking 2-3 motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic client success team. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships. This remote position requires individuals with excellent spoken communication skills, a deep understanding of social media marketing, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) that offers flexibility and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home. The position operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, giving you your weekends free. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Communication: Conduct regular calls with existing clients to assess their experience with our services and address any concerns or questions they may have. Build strong rapport and maintain professional relationships that encourage client retention and satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues promptly, either independently or by escalating to relevant teams for technical matters such as website updates, CRM adjustments, and ad updates. Ensure that every client concern is handled with urgency and efficiency.
- Virtual Meetings: Schedule and conduct weekly Zoom calls with clients to provide ongoing support, guidance, and training on maximizing the value of our marketing solutions.
- Strategic Coaching: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and offer coaching on sales strategies, lead conversion techniques, and effective use of our CRM system.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about current real estate trends, market conditions, and social media advertising best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Compensation and Benefits
