Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and travel advisors. This position is primarily customer service oriented rather than sales-focused, though there are opportunities to earn additional commission through upselling and value-added services.

You'll handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries.
