Position Overview

We are expanding our Caremark Member Operations team—careerzynith’s dedicated PBM division—to bring on enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals who can work from the comfort of their own homes. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with prescription coverage, medication benefits, and mail‑order services.
