What You'll Do: Your Role as a Player Experience Agent
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face and voice of our digital sportsbook operations across the nation. Every interaction you have with our players will shape their perception of our brand and determine whether they become lifelong customers. This is a responsibility we take seriously, and we equip you with everything you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Player Communication: Engage with our players and guests through live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll provide comprehensive information about our suite of mobile applications and sports betting platforms.
- Account Management Support: Use internal resources and systems to view player account statuses and histories. Utilize this information to assist with personalized conversations and resolutions tailored to each player's needs.
- Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide an exclusive level of customer service during every interaction that demonstrates friendliness, care, and builds lasting value in the arenaflex brand.
- Property & Event Assistance: For applicable properties, assist guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs to special events while maintaining company conversion rate expectations.
- Telephone Operations: Operate our sophisticated telephone system to set your call availability status, answer and transfer inbound phone calls, and execute outbound phone calls when applicable to follow up with players.
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Answer player questions about arenaflex services, our sportsbook platform, online casino offerings, loyalty programs, casino property information, account statuses, promotional offers, and property event information.
- Issue Escalation: Follow various internal standard operating procedures to escalate issues to appropriate internal departments and casino property personnel when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Business Insights: Assist with securing helpful business insights by accurately dispositioning player contact reasons upon conclusion of each interaction, helping us improve our services.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Use our internal tools and systems to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues players are experiencing with our products, ensuring minimal disruption to their gaming experience.
- Performance Excellence: Deliver exceptional performance results in customer satisfaction metrics and contact handle times, meeting and exceeding our quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your leaders and fellow team members to stay current on daily trends that are impactful to the player experience, contributing to a positive team environment.
- Reliability & Professionalism: Maintain a strong track record for punctuality and attendance, as reliability is crucial in this customer-facing role.
What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age. The position will require licensing in applicable states where arenaflex operates.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great phone, chat, and email etiquette. Ability to type quickly and write with good grammar and punctuation.
- Customer-First Attitude: A heightened sense of urgency and passion to learn new things, with a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to player satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. Great problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer issues.
- Pressure Management: Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under heavy pressure. Some players may be frustrated when they contact us, and they need your patience and empathy.
- Language Skills: Ability to interpret incomplete or cryptic messages that might be written by English as a second language customers.
- Availability: Must be able to work 4 PM to 12 AM EST on evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work some holidays is required.
- Licensing: Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in gaming, hospitality, or call center environments
- Knowledge of sports wagering and online casino products
- Familiarity with mobile applications and technical troubleshooting
- Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment
