What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the heart of our customer interactions. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Support: Engage with customers through various communication channels including phone, live chat, email, and social media platforms. You'll be the friendly voice or helpful text that customers encounter when they reach out for assistance.
