What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative working from home, you'll be the frontline hero who resolves customer issues, answers questions, and delivers experiences that turn ordinary interactions into extraordinary ones. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional inbound customer support using our comprehensive call flow guides and troubleshooting protocols
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products with accuracy and efficiency
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and other consumer electronics
- Offering technical guidance on operating systems such as iOS, macOS, Windows, Android, and other comparable technologies
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving customer information in our database systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless service continuity
- Being an amazing problem-solver who can think on your feet and find creative solutions to customer challenges
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services to provide accurate and helpful recommendations
- Offering additional products and services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a positive attitude and a smile, even in challenging situations
- Communicating professionally via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through various internet-based communication channels
Qualifications We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience – Whether in retail, hospitality, or previous call center work, you've developed the communication skills needed to excel
- 1+ year of technical support experience – You've helped people troubleshoot technology issues and can explain complex concepts in simple terms
- High school diploma or GED – A basic educational foundation that demonstrates your ability to learn and grow
- A quiet, distraction-free home office environment – A dedicated workspace where you can focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Strong computer navigation skills – Comfortable with Windows, CRM software, and various web-based applications
- PC knowledge – Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and understand computer systems
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking – You can handle multiple customer inquiries while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Eagerness to learn new technologies – The tech world evolves rapidly, and so should you
- Desktop or laptop computer capable of completing PC and internet testing requirements
- High-speed internet connection – Wired connection required; wireless hotspots and satellite internet are not suitable for this role
- Smartphone – Required for certain verification and communication purposes
- Must reside in the United States – Have a valid U.S. address for residence and employment
Preferred Qualifications:
