**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Executive at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support, guidance, and expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients**: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
* **Assist in onboarding and training clients on RegTech & IDV solutions**: You'll work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, providing training and support to help them get the most out of our solutions.
* **Monitor customer usage and proactively support adoption of features**: You'll be responsible for monitoring client usage and identifying opportunities to support the adoption of new features and functionality.
* **Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate to technical teams when needed**: You'll provide timely and effective support to resolve client queries and issues, escalating complex problems to our technical teams when necessary.
* **Work closely with Customer Success Leads/Managers to execute client success strategies**: You'll collaborate with our Customer Success Leads and Managers to develop and execute client success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* **Maintain customer health metrics and prepare reports on engagement and satisfaction**: You'll be responsible for tracking and analyzing customer health metrics, preparing regular reports on engagement and satisfaction to inform business decisions.
* **Collect and relay customer feedback to Product & Engineering teams for improvements**: You'll gather feedback from our clients and provide it to our Product and Engineering teams to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
* **Support contract renewals and upselling opportunities by ensuring customer satisfaction**: You'll work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our solutions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and experience:
* **2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support within RegTech, Compliance, or IDV**: You'll have a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of RegTech, compliance, and IDV solutions.
* **Knowledge of KYC/AML, fraud detection, compliance regulations, and ID verification processes**: You'll have a deep understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and the technologies that support compliance and identity verification.
* **Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset**: You'll be an exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset, able to build strong relationships with our clients and provide timely and effective support.
* **Experience working with enterprise or fintech clients is highly desirable**: You'll have experience working with large-scale clients or fintech companies, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
* **Ability to manage multiple client accounts and maintain relationships effectively**: You'll be able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* **Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally**: You'll be a team player with a collaborative approach, able to work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
