As a Merchant Success Manager at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of SMB commerce. This position is responsible for a merchant's long-term retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction with arenaflex. You will cultivate our relationships with SMB business owners while helping them craft a successful partnership that drives real results. Your scope is broad and impactful, encompassing everything from strategic planning to day-to-day operational support.
You will report to the Inside Sales Manager on our Inside Account Management team. We believe in a flexible work environment that balances remote productivity with meaningful in-person collaboration. You should expect to travel periodically for team trainings, offsites, team-building events, and other business necessities that strengthen our collaborative culture.
