Own the entire support journey from start to finish, driving down customer effort by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues while simplifying complex processes
Reduce friction points by expertly supporting customers throughout the entire order-to-report process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience
Build the infrastructure to effectively triage Tier 1 support inquiries, creating seamless and efficient resolution pathways that eliminate unnecessary handoffs
Implement AI-powered tools and agents to enable self-service capabilities and enhance support offerings, empowering customers to find answers quickly and independently
Own and drive relationships with outsourced partners, ensuring they meet arenaflex's exceptionally high standards for service quality and patient care
Develop deep expertise in all arenaflex products, processes, and policies to accurately and confidently respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

We're looking for a professional who brings a proven track record of excellence in customer-facing roles and has the strategic mindset to build something truly special. The ideal candidate will combine deep empathy for patients and healthcare providers with the technical aptitude to navigate complex genetic testing information.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer/client success, customer support, or sales in healthcare, technology, or related industries
Demonstrated experience supporting genomics or genetics clinical experts affiliated with academic medical institutions and large healthcare organizations
A proven track record of exceeding expectations, with strong peer and manager references who can speak to your impact and growth
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex genetic testing information clearly, concisely, and empathetically to diverse audiences
A high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport quickly and demonstrate exceptional customer empathy and active listening skills
