As a Remote Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll become an essential part of our client's customer success team. This seasonal position runs through April 15th, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact during one of the most crucial times of the year for taxpayers across the nation.
In this role, you'll be providing comprehensive customer support through multiple communication channels including phone, chat, and video chat. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with software navigation, helping them locate previous tax returns, and guiding them through the amendment process. - Seasonal Commitment: This contract runs through April 15th, aligning with the peak tax season.
Compensation and Earnings Potential
At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication appropriately. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive Pay Rate: Earn up to $19 per hour based on performance and tenure.
- Peak Season Rates: During peak times (January through April), top performers typically earn between $16-$19 per hour.
- Non-Peak Rates: During off-peak periods, you can earn between $15.60-$17.50 per hour.
- Performance Bonuses: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics have the opportunity to earn additional incentives.

- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11.
- Security: Valid, active, and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer.

- Video Capability: A webcam will be provided (loaned) to each contractor for the duration of the contract.

Eligibility Requirements
- Residency: Must reside in and work from the United States. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept contractors from California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
- Independent Contractor Status: This is a contractual position. You will be an independent contractor, not an employee. You will not be subject to taxes being withheld by arenaflex, and you will not be eligible for employee benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance.
