The Data Entry Coordinator position is part of the Appointment Support Center team, facilitating sales order generation, sales representative support, and driving excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and audit customer contracts for accuracy and completion
- Verify that results provided by sales representatives are accurate
- Communicate holds and questions to sales reps, then follow up as necessary
- Accountable for identifying and resolving data record duplicates and errors
- Provide live support for sales representatives and customers, including phone calls, emails, texts, and Teams messages
- Monitor and manage factory representative resources and sales schedule board, including updating resource product and appointment availability
